We’ve won many accolades over the years, specifically for the success of Harbour Point Yacht Club. Quality and value have always been essential to the complex formula of this fine lakefront community. We began developing Harbour Point on Lake Lanier in 1996 by way of joint venture with John Wieland Homes. Since then, Harbour Point has evolved into the #1 marina development on the lake. Boasting 350+ magnificent homes from the mid-300’s to $3M+, a consolidated 252 slip marina (preserving three miles of shoreline), a full-time harbor master, competition tennis center and additional award-winning amenities, Harbour Point continues to be a major success and a model for other communities. Currently, less than 30 lots remain.

QUALITY AND VALUE AT A PRICE

After Harbour Point was well underway, we began to refine the nature of our home construction guidelines to deliver the highest possible quality and home values in other communities at price points ranging from the 180’s to the $400’s. Factors such as subdivision amenities, lot attributes, floorplan sizes and home finishes always play a role in determining the price for a finished home, but the highest possible quality that yields the greatest value at any price point is our goal. We design our communities and select home plans that fit the market needs of the customer segment. Our selected home plans maximize “livability” within price guidelines.Then, we work diligently to provide the best finishes for the interiors and exteriors. We don’t cut corners; however, price points dictate choices. We are experts at finishing our homes with high quality work which requires attention to detail.
